Refund policy

30-day returns
Not satisfied? You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible, the book and kit items should be in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible, with your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@tradenzio.com with your order number. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be processed.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at info@tradenzio.com and we will replace it or refund you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different kit is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union and UK
If your order ships to the EU or UK, you also keep your legal right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. Our 30-day policy is in addition to this right.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it.
